Team competitions restart..

The English Cross Country Association will start taking teams away from England in the new year.

Teams of 4 Senior Men, 4 Senior Women, 4 Junior Men (U20) and 4 Junior Women (U20) will compete at the following events.

Sunday 9th January, El Goibar – Spain
Saturday 22nd January, Home Countries International, Dundonald – Northern Ireland
Sunday 13th February, Belgium Cross Cup, Diest – Belgium

Teams for the El Goibar event and the Home Countries International will be selected after the European Trial/Cross Challenge event at Liverpool on Saturday 27th November. With performance at this event and known form being the indicator for selection.
For the trip to Spain all those selected will have to be already double vaccinated and will need proof via a certificate which is easily available through the NHS App.
Although the Home Countries International is in Northern Ireland again athletes selected must be double jabbed.
Selection for the Diest event will be 4 weeks prior to the event again athletes will have to show proof of being double jabbed.

The ECCA has put together a document with regards travel, testing arrangements and wearing of masks that will be issued on selection.
