English Cross Country Association and Saucony

The Officers and members of the English Cross Country Association (ECCA) wish to place on record the appreciation that we owe to the leading shoe brand Saucony for their support over many years.

The 2024 Cross Country Relay Championships held in Bury Hill Park, Mansfield on November 2nd marked the ending of a highly successful partnership with Saucony. The support provided to the ECCA for the English Cross Country ‘National’ and Relays has proved beneficial to both organisations since the partnership started at the ‘National’ Cross County Championships at Parliament Hill in 2003.

We wish to publicly thank the Saucony staff who we have worked with during the last 21 years and express our gratitude for both the welcome financial support as well as Saucony’s attendance at all of our championships in that time, serving to benefit the presentation of the competitions and promote Saucony products.

The ECCA is a self-funded, voluntary association that promotes the English ‘National’ Cross Country and Relay championships and selects, manages and funds all representative English Cross Country teams on behalf of England Athletics.
