New President of the ECCA

At the annual ECCA meeting held at Derby, Richard Inchley was made President for the 2017/18 season. He received his Chain of Office from outgoing President Basil Heatley who said he had thoroughly enjoyed his year in the role.

Richard, who has been the ECCA Treasurer for 11 years and is current Chairman of Bedfordshire, continues in both those roles as well as being ECCA President.
